Analphabetapolothology is a comprehensive anthology compilation album by the highly influential Chicago-area Midwest emo band Cap'n Jazz, released in 1998 on Jade Tree Records. The 34-track collection acts as the definitive retrospective for the group, cataloging almost every single song they ever recorded except for an early track titled "Naive". It includes their complete, sole 1995 studio album Burritos, Inspiration Point, Fork Balloon Sports, Cards in the Spokes, Automatic Biography, Kites, Kung Fu, Trophies, Banana, Solitary Confinement, Richard, We Topped the Olympic Mountain with Sound, along with early 7" vinyl singles, compilation appearances, and six previously unreleased tracks.
