The David Bowie "Breaking Glass" Live E.P. originally debuted on November 17, 1978, via RCA Records to promote Bowie's second live album, Stage. While the original 1978 3-track release stalled at #54 on the UK charts, the expanded 40th Anniversary Edition Picture Disc released by Parlophone Records went on to hit #1 on the UK Official Vinyl Singles Chart.
