Fairytale is the second studio album by Scottish singer-songwriter Donovan, released in the United Kingdom on October 22, 1965, through Pye Records. The record captured Donovan's evolution from standard acoustic folk toward an impressionistic, urban British folk style that laid the groundwork for his future psychedelic pop material.
