One Step Forward is the critically acclaimed second studio album by the French Afropean neo-soul duo Les Nubians, released on March 27, 2003. Composed of sisters Hélène and Célia Faussart, the duo expanded their signature blend of neo-soul, hip-hop, reggae, and African rhythms on this project. The album earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Urban/Alternative Performance for the vibrant track "J'veux d'la musique".
