Can't Slow Down is the debut studio album by the American rock band Saves the Day, released on August 11, 1998, through Equal Vision Records. The album is characterized by a blend of melodic hardcore, pop-punk, and early emo. It is noted for being faster and "gruffer" than the band's later, more polished work like Through Being Cool.
