The Ramones / Leave Home

Leave Home is the second studio album by the American punk rock pioneers, the Ramones, released on January 10, 1977, through Sire Records. Arriving just ten months after their iconic self-titled debut, the album featured a slightly higher production budget of $10,000, allowing for a cleaner, more powerful sonic delivery engineered by Ed Stasium and co-produced by Tommy Ramone. It contains several of the band's most legendary tracks, including the fan-favorite anthem "Pinhead"—which famously birthed their definitive battle cry, "Gabba gabba hey!".
